General Questions

We host a wide range of events including weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, holiday parties, and more.

Rental rates for the Banquet Hall start at $1,595. For a more accurate quote tailored to your specific needs, please feel free to contact us.

The venue can seat up to 200 guests comfortably. ***Depending on floor plan***.

Your setup time starts at the time of your contracted rental time.

We require everything out of the venue at the end of your contracted event time.

  • Can items for my event be dropped off prior to my rental time?

We cannot accept delivery of items from outside vendors prior to your scheduled rental time. Please see venue manager to schedule all delivery/pickup times. We are NEVER responsible for items left unattended.

  • Will another rental be scheduled at the same time as mine?

No, we will never book two large events on the same day. You have exclusive rights to the venue during your rental.

Yes. Venue and restrooms are wheelchairs accessible.

Yes, you must have a licensed and insured bartender to serve your alcohol or wine. All documentation stating he/she is in compliance must be filed in our office 10 days before the event date.  

 

All events with alcohol require security.

Guest Count 100 or less - 2 Officers Required

Guest Count 101-200 - 3 Officers Required

Catering Services

Yes, we provide full-service in-house catering with customizable menu options to suit all tastes and dietary needs.

Outside catering is permitted with prior approval and may require a service fee. Please contact us for more details.

Absolutely! We offer complimentary tastings for booked clients. Tastings for prospective clients are available for a small fee.

Venue Details

Venue rental includes tables, chairs, on-site staff, parking, and basic décor options.

Yes, we offer in-house décor packages and event coordination services. We're also happy to work with outside planners.

Yes, we provide free on-site parking for all guests.

Booking & Payment

You can contact us via phone, email, or our website inquiry form. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.

A $500 Retainer (Non-Refundable) is required at booking to secure your event date; quarterly payments are required to maintain the reservation.

The Retainer goes toward the rental fee, and the final payment is due 10 days prior to the event date.

A $250 REFUNDABLE incidental fee is due with final payment and will be refunded after your event.

We accept most credit cards, cash, check or money order.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our venue or catering services that weren't addressed above. We would also be happy to schedule an appointment for you to tour our banquet hall.
